If you have a different tire size than that, make sure to use the fit guide to get the proper style chain to fit your MDX. These are going to do a pretty good job of helping you out whenever you're in those conditions where you've got some light snow and you just need a little bit extra traction. These, by no means, are going to be meant for really heavy snow or ice, but what they do excel at is giving you that slight edge whenever you're looking for some traction but giving you a smoother ride. more

These tire chains are class-S tire chains, which means they're specifically designed for and approved for use on vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. Since these don't go around back and they clamp to the outer treads of our tire, we don't have to worry about any interference.While we're up here, I'd like to point out the icebreakers that we have at intervals around our chain, that's going to help dig into the ice to give you more traction, and also you'll notice the diamond pattern, which helps spread the chains out around the tires, also giving you more traction with the rounded dealings here to grip into that snow and ice. When purchasing tire chains, the first things you have to ask is how often and how much am I going to need these chains when it comes to inclement weather If you're in areas with just light snow on occasion, these chains may not be for you, but if you're in an area where you have snow and ice regularly, these chains are going to be great.These are very strong durable chains that have the diamond pattern to them that offers greater tire coverage. They also have these small square links that come together to form cross chains, and that's going to provide much better traction for both snow and icy conditions. Plus, due to the size of the square links, you're going to have a smoother ride compared to the other tire chains that do the same thing.These are SAE Class S chains, meaning they work well with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. They do work with both front wheel and rear wheel drives. more

Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2014 Acura MDX- Video
Today on this 2014 Acura MDX, we're going to review and install part number TC2324. This is a Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains with a Diamond Pattern. This is what our snow chain looks like once it's installed on our vehicle. This is how it looks. It's pretty simple. You have three connection points. There is actually one in the back that you can't see right now, one here, and one here at the tensioner. This tensioner here grabs the chain, goes up through here, and this rubber strap creates tension on the chain to keep a constant tension on the snow chain. The chain that actually makes contact with the ice and snow is a square link. more
